1. Enrollment Cancellation
Partners can request cancellation within 24 hours of enrollment.
No cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund is only provided in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment
Technical Payment Failure (payment deducted but activation not done)
Enrollment Rejected by Company
3. No Refund
No refund will be given if:
Cancellation request is made after 24 hours
Incorrect or incomplete information is provided
Program misuse or policy violation occurs
Partner has already used program services (training, dashboard, benefits)
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 days.
